Schrader Commercial Properties was pleased to represent the C.M. Gatton Trust in the $22 million sale of 169 acres of prime residential development land.
The parcel is one of the largest zoned residential properties located inside the Urban Services Boundary and is completely surrounded by the successful Hamburg development.
The C.M. Gatton Trust was formed by the late Carol Martin Gatton. Through the Bill Gatton Foundation, Mr. Gatton posthumously continues to be a major contributor to the city of Lexington and the University of Kentucky.
The purchasers of the parcels are RML Construction, LLP and Ball Homes, LLC who plan to build much needed new homes and apartments.
