Cheri McMullin

Cheri McMullin has been involved in commercial real estate since 2007. Cheri is responsible for buying, selling and leasing office, retail, warehouse space as well as redevelopment opportunities. She regularly interacts with bankers, attorneys, contractors, maintenance techs, government officials and other professionals involved in real estate transactions.

Cheri has represented buyers and sellers on multiple 1031 Exchange transactions. She was instrumental in the sale of the Springs Inn for redevelopment. Other transactions include the redevelopment and sale of AT&T store on S Broadway, the sale of Lafayette Centre, the purchase of Raising Cane’s in Louisville, the sale of an 131 unit apartment complex, the purchase of Commerce Center in Nicholasville, Pioneer Center in Harrodsburg, and offices in Versailles and Richmond. She was also involved in leases with Sleep Outfitters, Carquest, Fresenius, Subway, Smith & Nephew and various insurance agencies just to name a few.

Cheri’s key to success is listening to the needs and desires of her clients and partnering with them to achieve their goals.

Cheri grew up in Eastern Kentucky but has lived in Lexington since 1993. She is involved in many community organizations such as CPAL, BNI, Commerce Lexington, Richmond Chamber, Jessamine Chamber and Vineyard Community Church. Cheri and Lewis are celebrating their 23rd in 2017. They have two children in college. In her off time, she teaches yoga.

Prior to real estate, Cheri assisted in managing The Springs Inn for over 15 years. Previous organizational involvement include: CCIM, Business Babes Society, BTMA, AAF Lexington, PWF, BLN, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, YMCA Soccer Coach, GLAA, LBAR, CTA, Junior Achievement, and Citizens Police Academy.
