Schrader Commercial is pleased to the announce the leasing of the entire second floor of 318 E Main Street, City National Bank building. Schrader Commercial represented the owner, City National Bank, in the lease while Jason Bradley, of Cypress Property Group, represented the tenant, Enderle & Romans, PLLC.
318 E Main Street, City National Bank, is at the entrance to downtown Lexington and represents the traditional style of the city. This building has long been an icon and very well known throughout the area. We are excited to see the new tenant, Enderle & Romans, PLLC occupy the building along with the bank and wish them much success in their new space.
