Congratulations to Centrust Capital Homes, LLC in its acquisition of the Sycamore Crossing development in Frankfort, KY. The Sycamore Crossing project started several years ago but stalled during the economic downturn, and Centrust intends to complete the remaining 28 condominium units. Ray Woods of ERA/Woods represented Centrust and Jamie Schrader of Schrader Commercial Properties represented EG Properties, Inc., the seller of the property.
