Schrader Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 151 and 161 North Eagle Creek Drive in Lexington. Schrader Commercial Properties worked in conjunction with Tranzon, a national auction firm.
The North Eagle Creek properties were sold at auction after being marketed to a local and national audience. Schrader Commercial Properties and Tranzon represented the seller, North Eagle Creek, LLC.
The 151 building was purchased by Isaac 151, LLC. The 161 building was purchased by Akers Properties, LLC. Akers was represented by Block + Lot Real Estate.
