Walgreens Loses Tax Lawsuit That Could Have Cost Kentucky Schools Millions

Schrader Commercial Properties’ own James M. Schrader acted as an expert witness on behalf of the Fayette County Attorney in Walgreens appeal of the property tax assessment on its building at 2290 Nicholasville Road. The court found that the building had been properly assessed, and the Kentucky Supreme Court denied a motion to review the Court of Appeals ruling.
