The Boy Scout Motto is “Be Prepared” and Schrader Commercial Properties followed the motto in representing the Bluegrass Council of the Boy Scouts in selling its 10,000 office building at 3445 Richmond Road for $1,125,000 to BGRS Development II, LLC. As part of the transaction, BGRS Development II, LLC acquired an adjacent 3/4 acre tract of land for $369,000 which required the coordination of all three parties to make the transaction succeed. Phase two of the process is for Schrader Commercial to represent the Scouts in their relocation to new facilities.
